If you purchase a product from us and it does not meet your needs, we'll gladly
exchange it for another product from our extensive collection. Refunds will be
given for products which do not meet your complete satisfaction.
To receive a refund or exchange for products purchased from us, the following
conditions apply:
(1) You contact us via E-mail at
sales@bridesunlimited.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your
order and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via
email,
(2) The product is returned to us unused and in original condition and shipped
back to us (postmarked) within 7 days from when you received your order,
(3) The RAN provided to you is written clearly on the box (preferably next to
the shipping address).
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to veils as all veils are
made to order.
Earrings are also not returnable due to personal hygiene policy.
To ensure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each item before
shipping. We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory
defects and workmanship. If any product is found to be defective, or has been
damaged in shipping, we will exchange. Refunds or credits will not be given for
products used or with damage caused by customer misuse or neglect.
